2: We determine the index of five of the $7$  hypergeometric

3: Calabi-Yau operators that have finite index in $Sp_4(\Z)$ and

4: in two cases give a complete description of the monodromy group. 

5: Furthermore we found six non-hypergeometric Calabi-Yau operators 

6: with finite index in $Sp_4(\Z)$, most notably a case where the 

7: index is one.
