2: We consider pairs of 3-dimensional Brownian paths, started at

3: the origin and conditioned to have no intersections after time

4: zero. We show that there exists a unique measure on pairs of

5: paths that is invariant under this conditioning, while improving

6: the rate of convergence to stationarity from \cite{StrictConc}.
