2: %In recent years, many combinatorialists have been interested in computing volumes and Ehrhart polynomials of the Birkhoff polytope and related polytopes.  We add to this body of research by determining the volumes of permutation polytopes, particularly focusing on those polytopes arising from cyclic groups, dihedral groups, groups of automorphisms of tree graphs, and Frobenius groups.  We do this by discovering combinatorially rich triangulations, and by computing Ehrhart polynomials.  In addition, we present results on the convergence of the theta body hierarchy of Gouveia, Parrilo and Thomas \cite{GouveiaParriloThomas2010} for various permutation polytopes.
