3: We derive a long distance effective action for space-time coordinates

4: from a IIB matrix model.

5: It provides us an effective tool to study the structures of

6: space-time.

7: We prove the finiteness of the theory for finite $N$

8: to all orders of the perturbation theory.

9: Space-time is shown to be inseparable and its dimensionality

10: is dynamically determined.

11: The IIB matrix model contains a mechanism to ensure the vanishing cosmological

12: constant which does not rely on the manifest supersymmetry.

13: We discuss possible mechanisms to obtain

14: realistic dimensionality and gauge groups from the IIB matrix model.
