2: We consider the consensual distributed optimization problem on a Riemannian manifold.  Specifically, the minimization of a sum of functions is studied where each individual function in the sum is located at a node of a network. An algorithm to solve the problem is proposed. A detailed convergence analysis is carried out for smooth functions. The algorithm is demonstrated using some standard applications which fit the proposed framework.
