2: We prove that $\omega$-categorical dp-minimal groups are nilpotent-by-finite,

3: a small step in the general direction of proving the conjecture raised

4: in \cite[Conjecture 0.2]{MR2898712}. We also show that in dp-minimal

5: definably amenable groups, f-generic global types are strongly f-generic

6: (in the sense of \cite{ChernikovSimonDA2015}).
