2: It is shown that there exist finitely generated infinite

3: simple groups of infinite commutator width and infinite square width

4: on which there exists no stably unbounded conjugation-invariant norm,

5: and in particular stable commutator length vanishes.

6: Moreover, a recursive presentation of such a group

7: with decidable word and conjugacy problems
