2: In this paper the Serre spectral sequence of \cite{MS} is extended

3: from Bredon cohomology to $RO(G)$-graded cohomology for finite

4: groups $G$.  Special attention is paid to the case $G=\Z/2$ where

5: the spectral sequence is used to compute the cohomology of certain

6: projective bundles and loop spaces.
