2: In the Supplementary Information we present more details about our calculations, including numerical parameters used in our DFT and Many-Body theory calculations. We also discuss the convergence of with respect to supercell size and how 3\by3 supercells are insufficient to ensure non-dispersive defect states. Finally we show the wave-functions of all exciton states associated with defect levels in the w vacancy case to understand which ones should vanish when using larger cell sizes.
