2: We study Fano threefolds with~terminal

3: singularities admitting a ``minimal'' action of a finite group.

4: We prove that under certain additional assumptions such a variety does not contain

5: planes. We also obtain an upper bounds of the number of singular points of

6: certain Fano threefolds with~terminal factorial singularities.
