2: Using stably free non-free relation modules we construct

3: an infinite collection of 2--dimensional homotopy types, each of

4: Euler-characteristic one and with trefoil fundamental group. This

5: provides an affirmative answer to a question asked by Berridge and

6: Dunwoody \cite{BerridgeDunwoody}. We also give new examples of

7: exotic relation modules. We show that the relation module

8: associated with the generating set $\{ x, y^4\}$ for the

9: Baumslag--Solitar group $\langle x, y \ \vert\

10: xy^2x^{-1}=y^3\rangle$ is stably free non-free of rank one.
