4:  This paper reinforces the method by presenting two theoretical results:

5:  1) the regularity of the solution, which is required to implement the method, is analyzed, and

6:  2) its convergence rate is rigorously analyzed.

7:  Moreover, this paper improves the method

8:  so that a much higher convergence rate can be attained,

9:  and theoretical results similar to those listed above are provided.
