3:   We discuss the realization of conformal invariance for Wilson

4:   actions using the formalism of the exact renormalization group.

5:   This subject has been studied extensively in the recent works of

6:   O.~J.~Rosten.  The main purpose of this paper is to reformulate

7:   Rosten's formulas for conformal transformations using a method

8:   developed earlier for the realization of any continuous symmetry in

9:   the exact renormalization group formalism.  The merit of the

10:   reformulation is simplicity and transparency via the consistent use

11:   of equation-of-motion operators.  We derive equations that imply the

12:   invariance of the Wilson action under infinitesimal conformal

13:   transformations which are non-linearly realized but form a closed

14:   conformal algebra.  The best effort has been made to make the paper

15:   self-contained; ample background on the formalism is provided.
