2: We continue our analysis of the derived category of permutation modules over a finite group.

3: In \href{https://arxiv.org/abs/2210.08311}{Part~I}, we identified the spectrum of this tensor-triangulated category as a set.

4: Here we describe its topology, by reducing the problem to elementary abelian groups and then using a twisted form of cohomology to realize the spectrum as a Dirac scheme.
