2: We introduce new models of energy redistribution in stochastic

3: chemical kinetics with several molecule types and energy

4: parameters. The main results concern the situations when there are

5: product form measures. Using a probabilistic interpretation of the

6: related Boltzmann equation, we find some invariant measures  

7: explicitly and we prove convergence to them.
