2: We study the edge zeta functions of buildings associated to a finite group of Lie type, and prove that all the edge eigenvalues of these buildings are certain roots of powers of $q$. This work vastly generalizes the type \textbf{A} case \cite{shen2023}, and generalizes Brouwer's work on oppositeness graph of these buildings \cite{brouwer2010}.
