2: We are interested in a fragmentation process. We observe fragments

3: frozen when their sizes are less than $\epsilon$ ($\epsilon>0$).

4: It is known (\cite{bertoin-martinez-2005}) that the empirical measure

5: of these fragments converges in law, under some renormalization. In

6: \cite{hoffmann-krell-2011}, the authors show a bound for the rate

7: of convergence. Here, we show a central-limit theorem, under some

8: assumptions. This gives us an exact rate of convergence.
