2: We present a rigorous proof of the convergence theorem for the Feynman

4: in  arbitrary  massive  Euclidean quantum  field theories on

5: non-commutative  $\re^d$ (NQFT). 

6: We give  a  detailed  classification  of  divergent  graphs in some

7: massive  NQFT  and  demonstrate  the  renormalizability
