1: \begin{abstract}

2:   We study the impact of higher order quark-meson scattering processes

3:   on the chiral phase structure of two-flavour QCD at finite

4:   temperature and quark density. Thermal, density and quantum

5:   fluctuations are included within a functional

6:   renormalisation group approach to the quark-meson model. We present

7:   results on the chiral phase boundary, the critical endpoint, and the

8:   curvature of the phase transition line at vanishing density.
