4: we find an exact expression for the Full Counting Statistics of energy

5: transfers in a class of inhomogeneous nonequilibrium states of a

6: (1+1)-dimensional unitary Conformal Field Theory.

7: The expression involves the Schwarzian action of a complex field

8: obtained by solving a Riemann-Hilbert type problem related

9: to conformal welding of infinite cylinders. On the way, we obtain

10: a formula for the extension of characters of unitary positive-energy

11: representations of the Virasoro algebra to 1-parameter groups

12: of circle diffeomorphisms and we develop techniques, based

13: on the analysis of certain classes of Fredholm operators, that allow

14: to control the leading asymptotics of such extensions for small real part

15: of the modular parameter $\,\tau$.
