2:   We consider spherically symmetric supercritical focusing wave

3:   equations outside a ball. Using mixed analytical and numerical

4:   methods, we show that the threshold for blowup is given by a

5:   codimension-one stable manifold of the unique static solution with

6:   exactly one unstable direction. We analyze in detail the convergence

7:   to this critical solution for initial data fine-tuned to the

8:   threshold.
