3: 	We prove that the profinite genus of the fundamental group $\pi_{1}(M)\cong (\Z \times \Z)\rtimes_{A}\Z$ of a Sol 3-manifold $M$ is equal to the order of the class group of the field $\Q(\lambda)$, where $\lambda$ is an eigenvalue of the matrix $A$ in $GL_{2}(\Z)$.
