2: In the present paper, we introduce the Chlodowsky variant of $(p,q)$ Bernstein-Stancu-Schurer operators which is a generalization of $(p,q)$ Bernstein-Stancu-Schurer operators. We have also discussed its Korovkin type approximation properties and  rate of convergence.
