2: We study the effect of domain perturbation on invariant manifolds for  

3: semilinear parabolic equations subject to Dirichlet boundary 

4: condition. Under Mosco convergence assumption on the domains, 

5: we prove the upper and lower semicontinuity of 

6: both the local unstable invariant manifold and the local stable invariant manifold

7: near a hyperbolic equilibrium.  

8: The continuity results are obtained by keeping track of the construction of invariant manifolds
