2: % We give a case-free derivation of Chapoton's formula for the number of reflections of full support in a finite Coxeter group $W$. Our proof relates this quantity to Crapo's beta invariant $\beta(A_W)$ of the reflection arrangments $A_W$ of $W$. We also give extensions of Chapoton's formula for the restricted arrangements $A^X_W$.
